Saturday morning Matt had a golf match and I was part of a group that cleaned someone's house (I wish it had been my house!). I clean other people's houses much better, not sure why. I think it's because I don't mind stepping on my bathroom floors that are sticky from all the hairspray. Then Hannah and I went and enjoyed the beautiful weather at the golf course to watch the last two golfers come in and spend time with Matt.
Sunday Matt, Hannah and I, along with my in-laws went and visited Hannah's new little cousin. I sometimes call Hannah my little peanut because she still seems so tiny to me. Not anymore! She looked enormous next to Kalen. Especially her head. Kalen's head must be normal sized.
On the way home last night Hannah, who is typically a great traveller, was fussy for the first 1.5 hours. She was kicking her legs, arching her back and being generally restless. We couldn't figure out what was wrong. I thought maybe she had gas or something. Then I felt her little legs. They were cold! I grabbed a blanket and tucked her in. She immediately grinned. Matt and I cracked up laughing. She may have even winked and given us the thumbs up. Hannah then promptly closed her eyes and fell asleep. I felt like such a bad mom! My baby was cold for an hour and a half! I hate being cold!
Hannah also has a new pair of kicks. Adorable little knitted ones from Nana. Hannah has already requested another pair.
Hannah and her new shoes. Booties is a funny word.
Hannah and Kalen
Proud grandparents of two!
