One of the reasons Matt and I were sad about not being placed with the baby boy was because we wanted him to be in a family that would give him the opportunity to know the Lord.
Last week we were talking with a friend of the family and we told him the story. He was so suprised and then told us he knew who the new parents were. His secretary and her husband have been praying for years for children, they are strong Christians and they get to be first time parents to this little one! We have heard he is healthy, out of the NICU and doing great.
We would love to get together with the family and have Hannah meet him. Isn't it funny that he was almost her brother?

that is pretty amazing!!!
we've been gone and I was anxious to see how baby #2 worked out. so glad to hear the Lord gave you confirmation that he is well -- and that you might get to meet him. how exciting! will start praying for the next one...
That's similar to our story with the Guatemala little girl (our 1st failed adoption). I got to meet her and the family right in the middle of Walmart! It's weird but it really was a blessing. And if it weren't for that failed adoption we wouldn't have Jaylee. So I know there is another baby out there just waiting on you guys! Take care, we will keep praying!
WOW.
