Hannah was a trooper for her first 17 hour car ride to Florida. She talked during the day and slept during the night. We left around 2pm on Thursday and arrived in Siesta Key, FL on Friday at 7:30am. Matt got about 1/2 hour of sleep and I was able to sleep for about 2 hours. So we started our vacation ready to catch up on sleep!
For the rest of the week, because Hannah slept in our room with us, we did not sleep well. She would wake up early, see us, then think it was time to party. But what better place to be sleepless in than Florida!
We got home Saturday night (after another long, long car ride), Sunday we were too exhausted to do anything except go to church, eat and sleep. Yesterday I worked the whole day so finally today I have been able to unpack (somewhat).
Many fun memories unable to be caught on camera.....
- high school dudes in American flag speedos
- very old ladies in skimpy bikinis and tennis shoes
- running on the beach
- helping Hannah find shells
- Hannah learning how to bark like a dog
Many fun memories that
were caught on camera....

On the way down Hannah enjoyed some Baby Signing Time.

We went on a boat ride and Matt caught something cute.

And then we fed a dolphin! Before we saw the sign that said don't feed the dolphin.

We saw a sunset.

Hannah busted her cute little lip climbing onto the top of her stroller then tipping it over.

On Easter we had a church service on the roof of our condo, Hannah got an Easter basket from Papa and Nana and she wore her bunny ears all day.

Hannah received tons of attention from all the kids. Being the youngest isn't so bad!
Thanks again to the in-laws for a wonderful vacation!
