I'm not a fan of Halloween. Not for any particular reason other than I think it's kind of dumb. No judgement to those who love it. We all have our favorite holidays. Mine just happens to not be Halloween. So let's move on to Thanksgiving and Christmas (and my birthday, of course)!
I decided (without consulting Matt so we will see...) that every year my kids decide they want a costume, I will bribe them to change their minds. I will either give them the money we would spend, or tell them we will buy them an extra Christmas present. I will let you know in 5 years how that's working for me.
Anyway, on to pictures...

Hannah woke up a little early from her nap very distraught. Both of my girls have been crying a lot lately, who knows why, but I'm not loving the short naps with the crying at the end. I took her to the basement for some graham cracker love with her father.

This is the black outfit that goes underneath Hannah's skunk costume. My completely unbiased opinion is that Hannah can totally rock all black.

My sweet little skunk stopping by Nana and Papa's. They said this was the most fun they've had for Halloween in a while. I think a certain little lamb and skunk may have had something to do with it.

Hannah stopped at the second house and got a full sized Three Muskateers, which must be eaten right away.

This is my husband whose costume was Hotness.

This is me, my costume was Bad Hair Day and Feeling Fat Big Sweater.

Hannah wouldn't let me put her down for a while. I think my social butterfly is starting to get overwhelmed in crowds.

My sweet little lamb. She didn't last too long before we went to Nana and Papa's and fed her dinner. At least she was warm and cozy in her costume.

All the kids that went were characters in Star Wars. I had to hold Hannah because she wouldn't get down and I had to hold Olivia because she's little.
All in all, not a bad day.

Adorable costumes!! Hannah looks so grown up!
And I don't like Halloween so much that Logan has never dressed up...three Halloweens so far. I'm going for a lifetime. We'll see :) When my nieces asked what he was going to be, I told them "nothing" and told them that next year, I was sending him to their house for the whole Halloween thing!
