I just want some khakis. That's all. I'm a simple lady and I need some for work. Yes, need. The four pair I currently own are wearing through in some places that might be inappropriate. But really, JCrew. I don't understand....

Seriously?!?! First of all, such a bummer that you are still looking for khakis. Second, I don't care how much of a trendsetter a person may be...sequence pants? Third, you make me laugh and I'm glad we're friends. We can feel old together.
Oh my goodness! Those are horrible and I am all about khakis too! Mine are getting very worn out as well! too funny
Oh my gosh, oh my gosh...I have a draft post I never finished devoted entirely to those pants. I saw them in the catalog and looked them up online and was FLOORED that they were sold out.
Who? Where? WHY???
First of all, working on a college campus makes me feel old all day. Some kids are wearing knitted hats with panda ears on them, so maybe they're feeling exceptionally young. I would never in a million years wear those pants. I have a feeling that they'll trickle their way over to Durham sometime after Christmas.
Second of all, I love all of you memory posts, as well as the one about Monday. It made me want to adopt and eat a frosty all at once.
There ya go.
i have those pants. KIDDING! I don't know if I've seen much more heinous. I am the biggest nerd in the herd right now-I don't even know what's cute and I mostly don't fit into what I think has potential. Really appreciate all your adoption/infertility honesty. Had an awesome lady speak on the subject at MOPS today and thought of you...good luck with the khakis. I got some from Target for what it's worth.
