Also, we had a well baby check up for both girls yesterday. Two check ups at once take a really long time, I was not aware.
And for the records...
Hannah is 23lbs (15%) and 36in (50%). And her verbal skills are that of a three year old (let me brag a bit, alright?).
Olivia is 16lbs (10%) and 24in (10%). And her heart murmur is barely detectable. And her pedi thought she was pretty cute (still bragging, I know).
Had we not had well baby check ups, I would have taken them in anyway because I thought they were both sick. Turns out just Hannah is sick. She is running a fever and has bronchiolitis and gets to have breathing treatments again. Which isn't a big deal, except this time she gets to have steriods in the nebulizer. Which now requires her to sit down for 30 straight minutes.....right....
Also, it makes her crazy. Her doctor warned me, and then told me she needed a treatment before bedtime. She, at 9pm, was running around like a lunatic and had Matt and me laughing so hard I had tears rolling down my face.
I changed that treatment to 4pm.
Back to the sitting for 30 minutes. I think it's kind of awesome and deep down I think Hannah loves it too. At 8am, 12pm, 4pm and 8pm, I get to sit down and read with both girls on my lap for thirty straight minutes. No excuses to clean something, or do something, or make something. I have a good, solid reason to cuddle and love on my girls.
Yep, it's pretty awesome.

that is awesome! way to go to your girls. brag all you want! :) Reese and Hannah weigh the same. Awesome. :) So glad you get to cuddle and not clean for a couple hours a day! Maybe I need to look into this breathing treatment thing!
Brag away! It's a great feeling hearing that your kids are thriving, and nice to get a pat on the back from a "professional" once in a while. :)
for some reason that doesn't surprise me that hannah is so advanced in her language skills!
