Last Thursday night we went to the downtown festival with our neighbors and enjoyed all the crappy food that gave us a tummy ache. On Friday we left for Ohio to spend time with my family. We spent Friday night with my parents and then Matt and I got up early on Saturday to spend the day in Cincinnati for our anniversary celebration while my parents babysat Hannah. We stopped by to visit with my brother, his wife and their new daughter, 2 week old Liberty. She is a doll, and boy did we forget Hannah was that small!
Matt and I then drove on to the Creation Museum. It was so neat, we highly recommend it! Then we ate at one of the best rib places in the midwest, called Montgomery Inn. Then on to Ikea where I bought a clock. And finally home to bed. However, had the Cubs been in town, we would have gone to a baseball game too. But were were so tired at that point, we were glad we hadn't bought tickets. We spent a lot of time laughing and talking and enjoying spending time together, just us.
Monday was our official anniversary (7 years!). Matt brought me Dunkin Donuts coffee in the morning and then we went to a FW Tincaps game that night with some friends.
Hannah: "Get your cute face out of my picture, I'm the star here."
Hannah and mama ready for a walk! We love walks, it puts Hannah to sleep.
Afternoon photo shoot. Hannah is so full of joy. What a precious baby girl.
Hannah is proving herself to be a busy girl. She never stops moving.
She is going to wear me out.
