Beware - Nostalgia Part III

If you were a fly on the wall in this house, not only would you have a long life because I don't kill flies and I leave plenty of food in the sink, but you would be annoyed at the memories flowing between Matt and I...
"Do you remember how we had a daughter in the NICU, yet we still went to work every day? Can you imagine doing that now?"
"Do you remember that first night, Hannah didn't have PJs yet, so even wrapped like a burrito, she was still cold."
"Do you remember we didn't sleep for one minute that whole night?"
"Do you remember a year ago today was your knee surgery?"
"Do you remember how you couldn't take any night shifts because you had an immobilizer and you slept in the living room?"
"Do you remember those tiny little bottles the NICU sent home with us and we would celebrate when Hannah drank 2 ounces?"

My heart is full of the Lord's goodness and provision.

I pray you (or I) never forget all the little details of our babies. We have similar conversations at our house :)
