* Hannah bites her fingernails (nature vs nurture?).
* When I clip Hannah's toenails she always promises not to eat them (!).
* Whenever Liv has a tantrum, she accidently pees her pants.
* Whenever we are walking somewhere, Olivia reaches up to hold my hand.
* Hannah is SO decisive. I've stopped giving her options simply because it's a waste of my own breath.
* Olivia does whatever Hannah does. To a fault but it gives us a good laugh.
* Hannah is so funny when we all laugh, she says, "That is hysterical."
* Today Hannah told me, "Mom, when I am a big girl, I'm going to talk to myself, just like you do."
* Oftentimes an owie, a scratch, a bump, a mosquito bite or an itchy tag will affect Hannah for an entire morning or afternoon. Firstborn drama.
* Liv is starting to use needing to go potty to her advantage. Don't want to go in the dressing room while mom tries on some clothes? Have to pee. Don't want to be sent to my room? Have to pee.
* I was asked today by a sweet 20-something girl, "Are they yours or are they adopted?" I've never been asked that particular question. My answer was yes.
* We were talking about our colors and I asked Hannah what the color of my skin was. She said, "Ummm, whiteish or something." I asked her the color of her skin, she said "Brown." And then she said, "But Livi is black, like daddy."
* Hannah and I had a very sweet talk about her birthmom. She asked to pray for her tonight. So we did and I talked a little bit about how Miss A loves her and Miss A's mom and dad love her and how she has a lot of people in her life that love her. Hannah didn't ask any questions, but was listening intently and shyly smiling the whole time.
* I am freezing a bushel of peaches and 25lbs of blueberries. Always an excuse for neglecting the blog but that's my reason this week:)
* Enjoy your weekend, tomorrow is our 10th wedding anniversary. Time to par-tay!

Just wondering if you ended up buying any "clothes".
Oh...one more thing...Max had a major melt down after you and the girls left today. Then he had another one with the babysitter. I'm blaming it on his 2-year molars...
your kiddos makes me laugh! i wish i could be there and listen to all those funny sayings. 25lbs of blueberries. that is impressive!!! congrats on 10 years. we are officially old.
Okay, I cannot even choose which of those facts is my favorite...so many of them made me smile! But I love the "black like daddy...." Too funny!!!! Thanks for sharing!
